A layer of CFC-II free polyurethane foam insulation (20/14 mm) is bonded to the inside face of the steel skin. In addition to temperature and sound insulation benefits, it also greatly increases the door’s rigidity and resistance to denting.
Our doors are manufactured with injected polyurethane foam insulation using a patented process. For the same thickness, polyurethane foam provides twice the thermal performance of a polystyrene insulation. Furthermore, the insulation reinforces the door’s rigidity.
