 Delivery Service Information

We only deliver to area in white
Garage doors -These items will go on our own transport and can take between 10 and 28 days to arrive
We will not deliver a door without prior confirmation and we are sure someone will be at the address to accept delivery and assist the driver to unload .We will call you at least 3-5 days in advance of the delivery taking place .
We only offer a driveway delivery service and we can not place doors in your garage or carry doors to any other location .
We offer a delivery service based on one driver and so will require an able bodied person to assist in the unloading . If you are not willing to help the driver for any reason please advise us in advance and we can arrange for two men on the delivery , this will require an extra delivery premium of £75.00 per door .
You must have the means to move doors after they are unloaded .We take the health and safety of our employees very seriously and they will not do anything whatsoever that may lead to an injury to themselves or others .
All methods require a signature from the householder,the person accepting the delivery must be over the age of 18 and have the express permission to sign for the goods on behalf of the purchaser .
We normally complete all our deliveries in the morning and our drivers can arrive as early as 6.30am please be aware we may get you out of bed , we have had to take this action to ensure all our deliveries are completed on a very busy road network .
We are happy to discuss any special requests with you on our normal contact number or via the email system .
Please help us get your door to you in good time by being flexible with our transport department when we call to arrange delivery .
If you live in Cornwall your area is exempt from our estimate of 28 days for delivery . Please allow up to 16 weeks , operators and parts have the normal delivery schedule .

NOTICE ** Higher Security **
If when you have purchased a door your card details are refused by the bank dont panic !!!
We are now using a more powerfull 3d security system that means your payment may be refused by the bank if you are making a larger than usual purchase or you do not use your card very often .
To guard against fraud we have updated our system to include more stringent checks and if your address does not match the address the card is registered to your purchase cannot be processed , you can have the delivery made to another address if required however some purchases may require extra security and we will contact you if this is the case .
Please see this as a positive measure as it stops us all becoming a victim of crime .
If this happens to you simply call your bank and confirm its you making the payment, then try again or call us and we will update the payment part for you .
We are introducing Verified by Visa and Securecode by Mastercard , this is extra security and helps us stop fraudulant use of cards . |
